Worship
At Mount Carmel we believe that children and adults worshiping together is fundamental to learning God's word and the teachings of Jesus.
Sundays September - May
9:30 a.m. Holy Communion (weekly)
10:30 a.m. Coffee Hour in the Fellowship Hall
10:45 a.m. Sunday School and "Reel Faith" 11:00 a.m. Adult Education
Listening devices and large-print bulletins are available during the services.
Communion
We invite all baptized, communing Christians, regardless of their church background, to receive the Lord's Supper. If you have children who have not yet communed, please bring them up for a blessing.
As Lutheran Christians, we believe that Jesus is truly present in the bread and wine.
Family Room in the Balcony
To continue to pass on the faith, families need to worship together. This is why the family room (located in the balcony) is available. The family room is a good place for parents to comfort young children. It is also a place for older children to play quietly during the sermon. If you or your child use this room, please make sure you pick up before you leave. Thank you.
Nursery
Also available during the worship service is the nursery. The nursery is staffed by two volunteers each Sunday and is located down the office hallway and to the right, just past the drinking fountain.
